HELP SAVE CHILDREN IN TIGRAY, ETHIOPIA
MEBRIATA CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION, INC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The organization was started by volunteers in the USA to help Tigrayan children who are unable to sustain their lives due to the loss of a parent or war.
Thousands of children need your help after hostilities escalate in the Tigray region of Ethiopia.
Since November 2020, Tigray and its people have been exposed to extensive destruction of services, massacre, looting, rape, starvation, and widespread abuses that amount to war crimes. Schools, universities, clinics, hospitals, small- and large-scale industries, private and government institutions, and private homes in Tigray have been destroyed and looted by the war. Young girls and women have been raped and subjected to psychological and physical trauma. People are locked in their homes for almost two years without access to food, clean water, electricity, internet, and telecommunication.
Tigrayans have been blocked from humanitarian assistance. Right now, hundreds of thousands of people in Tigray are living in dire conditions. Children are suffering from malnutrition, and many urgently need medical care. Our foundation will provide financial and moral support to children victims. Please give what you can because every minute counts for the children of Tigray.
